Post-Care Instructions

Actions to Take
- Apply a cold compress as necessary to reduce swelling.
- Keep your head upright for at least the first 4 hours after your appointment.
- Sleep face-up and with your head slightly elevated for the next few days.
Actions to Avoid
- Avoid exercise and strenuous physical activities for 24 hours.
- Do not expose your skin to direct sunlight or excessive heat for the next 3 days.
- Avoid touching or massaging the injection sites unless your provider instructs you to do so.
