Your Minimally Invasive Surgical Options
Body Contouring with InMode
BodyTite, FaceTite, and AccuTite offer amazing body contouring results for patients put off by the long recovery period from major surgery. Using a combination of radiofrequency energy and liposuction, we can remove stubborn fat while tightening your skin to fit your new contours.
To start your appointment for BodyTite in Des Moines, we first administer general anesthesia, a local anesthetic, or a combination of both. Once the medication has fully taken effect, we make a small incision in the treatment area. We insert the radiofrequency probe under your skin, which will heat it and stimulate new collagen growth. The extra collagen will tighten your skin’s internal structure and even out its texture.
Meanwhile, a small liposuction tube (called a cannula) removes fat cells, which has coagulated from the RF energy. Once we remove a fat cell, it’s gone for good. This process is less invasive than typical liposuction. When combined with skin tightening, it delivers incredible results with less downtime and discomfort than major contouring surgery.
BodyTite
We use BodyTite in Des Moines to address sagging skin and excess fat in areas all over your body, including:
- Abdomen
- Back
- Breasts/Chest
- Arms
- Elbows
- Knees
- Thighs
FaceTite
FaceTite treats facial concerns, particularly those on your lower face and neck. Over time, gravity and loss of skin elasticity can cause deep facial folds and sagging on your cheeks and neck. FaceTite can elevate your look.
AccuTite
AccuTite offers the most precision out of our InMode contouring solutions. It’s the perfect option for anyone seeking to address sagging eyelids, drooping brows, laugh lines, and other concerns in delicate areas.

Recovery Process
What to Expect
After your treatment with AccuTite, FaceTite, or BodyTite in Des Moines, it’s normal to experience some bruising and swelling for the first few weeks. During this time, treat yourself gently. Get plenty of rest and follow your post-care directions to ensure seamless healing.
Depending on the specific treatment, you can expect 3 to 7 days of downtime and 2 to 4 weeks of recovery time. If you have questions or concerns during recovery, give us a call! We want your patient experience to be as seamless as your results.
Activity
Follow the specific post-care instructions given to you by your provider. We typically recommend limiting yourself to light activities for the first 2 weeks. Then, you may resume low-intensity weight training, but you should wait at least 3 full weeks before resuming your full activities.
Bathing
Avoid baths, swimming, and any other activities that might cause you to submerge your incisions for at least 1 week. Take lukewarm showers to bathe. Avoid scrubbing your incision sites—instead, let the soap and water wash over the area.
