Kristin Wadle
Practice Manager- Algona
- Des Moines
In 2018, Kristin graduated from the Aveda Institute of Des Moines and took a deep dive into the aesthetics world. She opened up her own business in her hometown of Algona where she performed various facial treatments, eyelash extensions, and microblading services. Her business took off early and it was then that she and her father, Dr. Harry Condoleon, decided to take things to the next level and open SOMA Medical Spa & Wellness Clinic (now SOMA Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetics). SOMA has always been a family affair. Originally, Doc was at the helm and his wife, Holli, was practice manager while Kristin led the way on the aesthetics side of things as the lead aesthetician. She specialized in skin care and medical-grade facials, but loved and still loves everything the industry has to offer. In 2021, Holli stepped down as practice manager and Kristin stepped up to fill the position. She may be in the back office now, but don’t be surprised if you see her pop in on a treatment or two! Kristin also does all of SOMA’s marketing (with the help of Kyarsten at the Algona location). When she isn’t at work, Kristin enjoys good quality family time. She comes from a tight-knit family of which she has 4 younger brothers.
Though Kristin loves her job at SOMA, her favorite job/title is “Mom”. She has two children with her husband, Kaden, and hopes to have a couple more! When her kids aren’t keeping her busy, she enjoys spending time with friends and watching/cheering on her favorite sports teams (Go Cyclones and Go Buckeyes!)
